Chair's Message
Dear Fellow Chartered Accountants,
Welcome to the New England Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Our Chapter, set up in 2021, was the fourth Chapter in the US, and is a part of a global network of Chartered Accountants that is growing stronger and larger each year. As of March 2025, ICAI has an international footprint of 52 Chapters and 29 Representative Offices creating a vast interface between the Institute and its international members.
My heart was filled with pride as I became the first Chartered accountant of my generation in my family. The training, the grit, and the strength that it took in my formative years to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, has stood in good stead throughout my career and life thus far. And now I am tremendously proud again for the opportunity to connect with so many fellow CAs world over!
2025 marks the New England Chapter’s fifth year of operations - in a span of four years, with the tireless efforts of the past Managing Committees, volunteers, sponsors, and fellow Chartered Accountants, the Chapter has grown in impact:
We are ready to grow stronger and scale our impact together! Each member brings a unique story, and I invite you to join us on this journey!

- Created a community of 450+ CAs in the New England region
- Organized 30+ technical, professional and social networking events
- Helped several members secure internships and job opportunities
- Provided over 100 hours of professional and career guidance
- Built robust organizational strength of the Chapter
- Enhance engagement with members through effective programs and relevant tools
- Continue to strengthen the financial and operational capacity of the Chapter; and
- Lay the foundation to connect with other organizations within the ICAI network as well as within the region
